Are you interested in economics, free enterprise, and the concept of a minimal state?
Would you like to develop your analytical skills and demonstrate academic thinking?
Every participant who meets the requirements will receive a certificate from the organizers, confirming their research and civic engagement, intellect, and passionate drive.
Application deadline: October 31, 2025.
Participant age: up to 35 years old.
COMPETITION PRIZES: Cash awards for the winners, diplomas for participants, publication of the best essays on the organizers’ websites, opportunities for further collaboration, and additional prizes and distinctions from the competition partners.

Economic Security Index 2025 Presentation
The presentation of the Economic Security Index 2025 by ILI will demonstrate the dynamics of changes in Ukraine’s and other countries' national economic security systems over the past year, considering existing external and internal risks and threats.
This year’s Index will include conclusions and recommendations not only for the Government of Ukraine, but also for several other countries included in the analysis.
The Index’s findings can be used to improve the state of national economic security in the countries assessed. The relevance of ILI’s Economic Security Index is rapidly increasing in light of growing security risks in Europe and worldwide.
