Essay Contest for Students, Graduate Students, and Young Researchers

Do you have great ideas for Ukraine’s economic growth?
Are you interested in economics, free enterprise, and the concept of a minimal state?
Would you like to develop your analytical skills and demonstrate academic thinking?
Every participant who meets the requirements will receive a certificate from the organizers, confirming their research and civic engagement, intellect, and passionate drive.
Application deadline: October 31, 2025.
Participant age: up to 35 years old.
COMPETITION PRIZES: Cash awards for the winners, diplomas for participants, publication of the best essays on the organizers’ websites, opportunities for further collaboration, and additional prizes and distinctions from the competition partners.

- Freedom and responsibility: Is Ukrainian society ready for a smaller state role?
- Personal freedoms under martial law: Where is the line between security and liberty?
- How liberal ideas can help overcome corruption in Ukraine.
- The state or the citizens: who drives reconstruction and economic growth? 5. Free enterprise as the path to Ukraine’s postwar recovery.
- Economic freedoms as the foundation of resilience in times of crisis.
- Liberal values as the basis of a new political culture in Ukraine.
